How to enable Two-Factor Authenticator?

Two-factor Authentication (2 FA) is an added layer of security to accounts. To enable this on your BetU account, please follow the steps below:

1. Click your profile icon located on the top right hand side of the site and click 'Settings'.

2. Under the 'Security' section you will find 'Two-Factor Authentication', then click 'Enable'.

3. Download the Google Authenticator app on your device and click 'Next'. A QR code will appear on your screen, simple scan the QR code and save the backup key that will be provided.

4. Click 'Enable Verification' and enter the OTP that will be sent to your email address, as well as the code on your Google Authenticator.

5. Lastly, click 'Verify' to complete the process.
