Rollback Settlement, most commonly known as cancellation or voiding of a prediction, is done due to several reason. Most common reasons are listed below, but not limited to:

  • Abandoned/Postponed Matches

  • Wrong/Swapped Odds

  • Integrity Issues

  • Incorrect Team/Player

  • Swapped Participants/Team Placement

Abandoned/Postponed Matches

Abandoned matches are events which started but did not finish full time. On the other hand, Postponed matches are those events which did not start and was moved to a different kick-off time, date or was cancelled completely.

For this kind of case, predictions will be settled 2 hours after the abandonment/postponement of the match involved.

Wrong Odds

These are predictions taken with a different price in comparison to the actual market price across bookmakers. Predictions are considered cancellable due to the price being incorrect to provide fairness and transparency to all players.

Integrity Issues

Matches which are reported as possible or confirmed as 'fixed' will be taken down from the site, and any predictions taken from the said events will be voided.

Incorrect Team/Player

In cases where an event was offered on site but involved an incorrect participant from the actual player/team that will be playing will be deemed as void. This may happen as well for late participant changes especially on Tennis and other Racquet Sports.

Details regarding the team/players' age, gender, subgroups will not be considered as a valid reason towards a cancellation of a pick.

Swapped Participant/Team Placement

In cases where we offer an event which has an incorrect fixture (swapped home and away), all predictions taken on the said event will be considered as void and the rollback settlement will be implemented.
