Which deposits are instant?
Currently, USDT deposits made on the Arbitrum network are credited instantly.
Other coins and networks may still take a short time to process depending on network confirmation speeds.
How fast are instant deposits?
For USDT on Arbitrum, your balance updates almost immediately once the transaction is confirmed on-chain.
This is significantly faster than standard crypto deposits, which can take 10–15 minutes or longer.
Do I need to do anything special to use instant deposits?
Just make sure you:
Select USDT as your deposit coin
Choose the Arbitrum network
Use the deposit address shown on the page
Your balance will update automatically once confirmed.
Why isn’t my deposit instant?
Instant deposits may not apply if:
The transaction was sent on a different network (e.g. ERC20 or TRC20 instead of Arbitrum)
The transaction has not yet confirmed on the blockchain
If you’re unsure, contact support with your transaction hash (TXID).

Withdrawals are currently processed via ERC20 or TRC20 while full Arbitrum withdrawal support is being completed.
In practice, this means:
